Public Notice - Potentially Ineligible Voters

In accordance with Florida law (Section 98.075, Florida Statutes), when our office receives credible and reliable information that a voter is potentially ineligible to vote we notify them by mail. If that mail is returned as undeliverable, we post a public notice here. Voters who would like to receive information regarding the basis for their potential ineligibility and the procedure to resolve the matter must contact our office within 30 days of the date of the notice. Failure to respond within 30 days of the notice date may result in removal from the statewide voter registration system.

De acuerdo con la ley de Florida (Sección 98.075, Estatutos de Florida), cuando nuestra oficina recibe información creíble y confiable de que un votante es potencialmente no elegible para votar, le notificamos por correo. Si ese correo se devuelve por no poderse entregar, publicamos un aviso público aquí. Los votantes que deseen recibir información sobre las bases de su posible inelegibilidad y el procedimiento para resolver el asunto deben comunicarse con nuestra oficina dentro de los 30 días de la fecha del aviso. Si no responde dentro de los 30 días de la fecha del aviso, es posible que se lo elimine del sistema de registro de votantes a nivel estatal.

Notice to Potentially Ineligible Voters

The voters listed on this page are potentially ineligible to be registered to vote.

The listed voters should contact us within 30 days of notice to receive information regarding the basis for the potential ineligibility and how to resolve the matter.

Failure to respond within 30 days may result in a determination of ineligibility and removal from the statewide voter registration system.

Any voter who denies the accuracy of the information underlying the potential ineligibility has a right to request an eligibility hearing.

If assistance is needed, voters can contact the Elections Office at (850) 482-9652 or VOTEJACKSONFL.GOV.

Los votantes que se mencionan en esta página son potencialmente no elegibles para estar registrados para votar.

Los votantes mencionados deben comunicarse con nosotros dentro de los 30 días de la fecha del aviso para recibir información respecto de la base para la posible no elegibilidad y cómo resolver el asunto.

Voting by Potentially Ineligible Voters

If you attempt to vote at an Early Voting site or your normal Election Day polling place, you will be required to vote a provisional ballot. If you vote by mail, your ballot will be treated as a provisional ballot.

In either case, your ballot may not be counted until a final determination of eligibility is made. 

If you wish for your ballot to be counted, you must contact the Supervisor of Elections Office within two days after the election and present evidence that you are eligible to vote.

Votación de votantes potencialmente no elegibles

Si intenta votar en un sitio de votación anticipada o en su sede de votación normal el día de la elección, deberá votar con una boleta provisional. Si vota por correo, su boleta electoral recibirá el tratamiento de boleta provisional.
