|Wednesday; March 4th
||9:30 – Public Logic and Accuracy testing of the voting machines being used for the PPP election.
|Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; March 10th, 11th & 12th
9:30 – Begin canvassing Vote-By-Mail ballots
Lunch 12:00 – 1:00
1:00 – 4:00 - Reconvene for canvassing
|Monday; March 16th
||1:00 – 4:00 - Reconvene for canvassing of VBM ballots
|Tuesday; March 17th
4:00 – 9:30 – Reconvene for canvassing of VBM ballots;
Canvass results for votes cast by VBM, Early Voting and at the Precincts
|Thursday; March 19th
||4:00 – 5:00 – Process Provisional ballots and any affidavits for VBM ballots
|Friday; March 27th
||11:00 – 11:30 - Canvass any Overseas ballots received by 10 days after PPP election
|Monday; March 30th
||9:00 – 12:00 - Convene to audit voting system used for the PPP
CANVASSING BOARD ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
The Jackson County Canvassing Board will convene at the office of the Supervisor of Elections on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 11:30 A.M. to discuss Canvassing Board procedures and criteria regarding the 2020 Election Cycle.
All Canvassing Board meetings are open to the public.
